Data on your device

The app stores your wind-down goal, nightly entries, time-zone snapshots, appearance preference, and reminder settings locally. It has no account system, advertising, analytics service, tracking SDK, or business server. The developer does not receive your entries or app usage data.

Your iPhone and Apple services may handle device backups or diagnostics according to your device settings and Apple’s policies. The app does not operate its own cloud synchronization.

Notifications

Reminders are optional local notifications. Permission is requested only when you enable them. You can turn them off in the app or in iPhone Settings. No remote push service is used.

Sharing and backups

The app exports a card or JSON backup only when you choose to share or save one. A share card contains a date and illustration. A JSON backup contains your preferences and nightly records, including their original goal and time-zone details. Review the destination you choose in the system share or file sheet; that service’s policies apply.

Deleting your data

Settings → Clear all local data removes entries and preferences and cancels this app’s pending reminders. Deleting the app removes its local storage. Copies you exported, system backups, or cards you shared remain at their chosen destinations; delete them there if needed.

Purchases

Apple handles the paid download, payment information, re-downloads, and refunds. The app has no subscriptions or in-app purchases. The developer does not receive your payment-card details.

This website and email

This support site uses no cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. GitHub Pages hosts it and may process ordinary server request information under its own policy. If you email support, the information you voluntarily send is used to respond and resolve your request. Do not include private records or sensitive information unless you choose to provide them.
